What do you serve at celebrations when you have family members with wheat allergies or intolerances?
It was quite a dilemma for our family, until recently. Our two-year-old daughter couldn't have any of the fun stuff--cookies, pies, cakes, breads, noodles--until we visited a little local bakery and discovered that celiac disease didn't have to be quite such a bummer anymore. They ship their products and they have a huge selection of wheat-free, gluten-free, and even sugar-free bakery foods.
