I'm still writing, but now I'lm going through an online degree program too!

I've been blogging on other topics lately (especially on living a GFCF life with my daughters), but I felt like I should take time to update this one too!

I've returned to college (Yay!) and will be able to finish my degree in less than a year. I'm doing it all online through Colorado State University's Global Campus. I wrote an article on how I found the program and on how others can research for the degree that's right for them!

Wheat Free Foods for Holidays and Birthdays

What do you serve at celebrations when you have family members with wheat allergies or intolerances?

It was quite a dilemma for our family, until recently. Our two-year-old daughter couldn't have any of the fun stuff--cookies, pies, cakes, breads, noodles--until we visited a little local bakery and discovered that celiac disease didn't have to be quite such a bummer anymore. They ship their products and they have a huge selection of wheat-free, gluten-free, and even sugar-free bakery foods.
